Our coffee is born on our small, intentional farm in the lush hills of San Ramón—where green, lemon, and banana trees shade the plants, tropical birds help keep them healthy, and rich volcanic soil gives every bean its depth.
Each harvest is hand-picked with care and processed using one of two traditional methods:
Honey process, where some of the fruit is left on the bean as it dries in the sun—bringing out natural sweetness and body.
Or washed, where the fruit is gently removed with water, resulting in a cleaner, brighter flavor.
We roast each batch to a precise medium finish, balancing aroma, flavor, and acidity into a smooth, harmonious cup.
